Campaign Management

  1. Can I make any changes to my campaign by myself?If you are CPM advertiser using SSP platform, you can do all the changes by yourself.
  2. When will my offers be launched?If your CPA offers match our bi-weekly offers request, they will be launched during 1-2 workdays.
  3. How much time does it take for changes and optimizations of my campaign to be implemented?On a managed platform it takes from a few minutes up to 1 hour for a workday (depending on the time manager received your request), and a bit more time during weekend.  If you use SSP, the changes which doesn’t require approval are implemented immediately.
  4. How can I optimize my campaign?You may review statistics with your Personal Manager and he/she will advise the best optimization plan based on the current results of your campaign.
  5. Why is my campaign not getting traffic?There could be several reasons for that:
    • Ad statuses – There must be at least one ad that has a delivery status of “Approved” by our Quality Assurance team and enabled in order to get traffic.
    • Campaign duration must be set properly to current time. Please check if the campaign’s “End date” is set to a future date.
    • The budget was exhausted.
  6. Why the names of the campaigns are displayed differently in my statistics. Can I change that?The name of the campaigns might be different from the names that you have provided before optimization. This happens because our Optimization department uses simpler names in order to find the campaign in our system quickly. You may contact your Personal Manager and he/she will change the names of the campaigns to the once you would prefer to see in your statistics.
  7. Can I import my statistics through an API?Yes, you may use DTXplatform API to get your statistics.
  8. Where can I find my statistics?You may LOG IN to your DTXplatformaccount and click on the “Statistics” tab in the menu. Choose the necessary parameters from the multiple choice tool and click “Submit”.
  9. Can I launch Tech Support campaign?No, Tech Support campaigns or campaigns with Browser Lock are not allowed at DTXplatform. If you try to launch such campaigns, your account will be immediately blocked and the account deposit will not be refunded. Read Terms and Conditions for detailed information.
