Our ad format codes are fully compatible with both HTTP and HTTPS protocols. Generally, we recommend copying and pasting the ad code without any changes.

# Can I use DTXplatform pop-under ads simultaneously with other pop-under networks?

Yes, but if you want to use the pop-under of another AD network together with DTXplatform , this might cause your rate and total revenue to drop. We strictly recommend placing our code above all other networks’ ad tags to get the maximum revenue.

# Can I use DTXplatform Ads with AdSense? Is it safe?

You can run all our ad formats, including pop-under ads, on the same page with AdSense. Our ad unit tags are fully compatible with other ad networks.

According to Ad placement policies of Adsense, Google allows publishers to place up to 3 pop-ups per website with their ads. They should not interfere with site navigation, change user preferences, initiate downloads, etc.

We work with thousands of websites and apps, a good share of which monetize with ad sense and a variety of other exchanges, if there were any issues with our tags this wouldn’t have been possible.

# Are the statistics updated real time?

Our stats update every 20 Min .

If you have any issues with your statistics, kindly contact our Support Team.

# Can I set a passback tag on my placement?

Sometimes, we might not be able to ‘fill’ or provide ads in specific regions, browsers or operating systems,\
\
to be able to still provide you with an excellent eCPM and enable you to earn with whoever is able to fill your traffic our team can provide you with a passback tag.\
\
A passback tag is an ad tag you provide to us that gets used in the event DTXplatform ads aren’t available at your specified configuration or the bids of the ads we are able to match are below what you’d like to be paid for per impression ('floor bid'). A passback (or alternate/ default) tag can be an ad tag that you received from any other online ad provider that you work with. For instance, if you already have a relationship with Adsterra or PropellerAds, you can give us that ad tag. If DTXplatform can’t find an ad at your specified configuration, we will serve your ad using one of the other tags.\
\
DTXplatform enables you to add tags with “passback” functionality for your placement.\
\
To request a passback tag added to your placement, please contact <support@dtxplatform.com>\
\
The MACROS available for passback tags are below:\
\
{pub\_zone} - Publisher zone id\
{subid} - Publisher subid\
{pub\_url} - Referrer URL, (urlencoded)\
{pub\_domain} - Referrer domain, (urlencoded)\
{pub\_redirect} - click redirect URL, (urlencoded, passed from pub tag parameters)\
{pub\_\*} - Custom publisher macros passed from tag parameters, (urlencoded)\
{cachebuster} - Random number

# How long does it take to receive payments from a wire transfer?

Usually 2-3 days, but for some countries may be up to 7 days.\
\
If you’re facing issues with receiving a payment please contact our finance team [here](https://rtb.dtxplatform.com/forms/ticket?styled=1\&with_logo=1).

# How to add the tags to your website

* Please note that it can take 4-7 days to get the best results.\
  \
Place the HTML in the source code of your website pages.\
  \
Please note that the ad script placement in the source code of your website is really important as far as it influences your ad opening and your results. It should be placed in the \<head> of your website and the higher the code placement is the better your results are. Please note that placing the ad code lower than the \<head> section might lead you to incorrect ad performance.\
  \
  a) For Pop ADs, In-page, Push and Interstitial, the code must be placed right before closing \</head> tag.

# How many ads can I show per one webpage?

Currently, DTXplatform publishers may place any amount of ads on one webpage. Do keep in mind that increasing your placement count on a single page may reduce your overall earnings.

# What traffic can DTXplatform monetize?

Our goal is to monetize all your available inventory and make sure your earn according to your full potential. DTXplatform will introduce both direct demand sources, provided by self-serve advertisers and agencies we are partnered with, as well as XML and Programmatic demand, generated by other ad exchanges and traffic partners.

Other than the available ad placement codes that may be generated by publishers via our publisher interface, DTXplatform as well can make custom-made ad units that are tailored to your website or app. Reach out to your account manager or create a ticket below.

# What are the average CPM rates per country?

The rates are dynamic, may vary on different sites, and depend on many factors. You will see an approximate CPM on the Dashboard during test days. Our optimization algorithm takes some time to analyze your traffic and assign the most profitable ads for your website’s audience. After several days pass, your CPM rates can significantly increase.

# How can I improve my eCPM?

What is the best way to boost my eCPM rates? On related forums and blogs, it's one of the most commonly asked questions among web and app developers. This is unsurprising given that the eCPM has a direct influence on the revenue of publishers.\
\
Publisher's eCPM are affected by various factors. Some are done daily by DTXplatform supply and demand teams but some should be done, or at least consulted to make sure you have the best opportunities aligned for your supply.

* **Be Patient**\
  \
It takes up to 7 days for our ad servers to align your supply with our demand, and to enable our algorithm to go out of the 'grace period' into matching you with better paying campaigns. Your inventory is measured and monitored during this time with several key indicators such as traffic quality, meta data, advertiser demand, and more and the resulting data will match more campaigns and more demand end-points that will provide you with better coverage and eCPM.\ <br>
* **Test Different Ad Formats**

Experiments are the only way to learn. Don't get too caught up in running the old and reliable banners. There are several ad formats available today, each of which performs differently depending on the application. Make sure to experiment with different ad types to find the ones that perform best for you.\
  \
DTXplatform offers a varied assortment of Ad Inventory for your experiments towards great performance results.\
User-Friendly In-page, 100% Resultative Pop, Engaging VAST and more.
* **Experiment With Ad Placements**\
It's possible that you just placed an ad in the incorrect location in order to maximize its effectiveness. Experiment with various locations to discover which ones does best for your income. If this is professionally handled, the right placements serve huge profits. But remember 3 rules of successful ad tag placement:

  \
Ad should be seen. So place it "above the fold" of your web site or app, on the first screen.

  \
Do not overload. Too much ad unit at a page will turn on ad blindness or just make user feel annoyed.

  \
Variate it. Static banners can't compete with Dynamic Ad Tags which allow to show different ad every time user returns to your app or web site.\ <br>
* **Connect to Wide Demand**\
  \
DTXplatform is proud to prioritize your direct premium traffic to our wide base of direct advertiser demand. DTXplatform has 500's of live campaigns demanding traffic worldwide across a variety of ad formats that are available to our publishers such as Pop-under, Banner, In-Page Push, Traditional Push and Interstitials .\
  \
While your traffic quality may be amazing, DTXplatform demand may not serve ads for your supply due to various factors such as advertiser blacklisting, traffic monitoring, tag integration errors, viewability and more. Consult with your account manager to further explore these issues.
* **Set Up Ad Tag Properly**\
  \
Integrating the tag in a wrong way or incomplete will result in lower eCPMs. Make sure you follow DTXplatform guidelines when integrating our tags to your website and make sure you use all relevant parameters wherever you do decide to integrate our tags to.\
  \
  Example redirect tag: <https://xml.dtxplatform.net/redirect?feed=253063&auth=a9eBhf&url=https://XXXX.com&subid=XXXXX>

  URL\
Tags that contain correct (matching with the actual domain) URL will receive a better bid from all advertisers, many of the filters employed by advertisers and by our monitoring rely on the fact that traffic originates from where the publisher has stated it had, therefore, running tags without the URL parameter populated will result in less coverage and a lower bottom-line.\
  \
  SUBID\
If you're tag is embedded across different website, you can still add the same tag but make sure to change the SUBID parameter to reflect a different value. This will allow advertisers who benefit from your traffic to increase bids based on that single subID, or to the contrary, if the advertiser is not finding your traffic converting from a specific subID he or she may be able to blacklist only that SUBID and not the whole publisher feed, thus enabling you to continue to send traffic.\
  \
If you're interested in having our expert team take a deeper look at your account, please request optimization review [here](https://rtb.dtxplatform.com/forms/ticket?styled=1\&with_logo=1)

# Not seeing ads?

If you’re a publisher and have just integrated our placement-code (ad-code) to your website, doesn’t matter whether it’s for pop, push, redirect or display, it might take up to 10 minutes for our ad server to begin delivering ads to requests generated by your website or app.\
\
If 10 minutes have passed and you still don’t see ads, please read below for potential reasons:\
\
Coverage - we might not have demand for your specific request. your request contains targeting that includes your location, device, connection type and many other targeting parameters. It can be that in the specific time you’re checking your website we don’t have a ‘buyer’ for that request. Still, we do cover a majority of your traffic and we advise to check reports a couple of hours after you’ve integrated the tags to see through our reports that a good percentage of your requests were filled with ads.\
\
Integration issue - if the reports still don’t hold numbers after a few hours, check whether the tag you’ve copy pasted from DTXplatform interface matches with what currently is integrated to your website, and not blocked by any feature of you website. for help with integration please ping your publisher manager.

# What pricing models do you support?

You can buy traffic with us using CPM (Cost Per Thousand Impressions), CPC (Cost Per Click), DCPM (Dynamic Cost Per Thousand Impressions) and CPMV (Cost Per Thousand Impressions Viewable - only available for Native Ads) pricing models.

# Do you work with fixed rates?

We do not work with a fixed price list system: our ad serving technology works with a real time bidding system, where advertisers compete to buy traffic. This means that the cost of every campaign will vary accordingly to the market situation and the selected targeting parameters.

Information about current Top CPM/CPC bid for the selected audience will be available to you when creating or modifying a campaign.

# Do you work with direct publishers or with SSP/DSP?

We work with direct publishers as well as with selected partners through our openRTB/XML network.

<br>

# Who takes care of my campaigns?

DTXplatform is a self-service platform. We got inspired by some of the leading ad serving platforms in the world to develop an easy to use interface so you can create, manage and optimize your campaigns on your own. For any kind of support you can contact us or send an email to our support team using <support@dtxplatform.com> .

# What budget should I start with?

Budget depends on the type of advertiser and product promoted. It also depends on what basis you work under - CPA or CPL.

* If you work under CPL basis we recommend to start with 500$ (also depending on the country from where you want to get traffic).
* If you work under CPA we would suggest to start with 2000$-3000$ due to the fact that you need more traffic than if you work under CPL basis.

# Why isn't my payment approved?

If you’ve now deposited via PayPal, wire, credit card or Paxum, our financial team has been notified and will approve it within the next 10-20 minutes. Please allow up to 2 hours before you contact our team.

# Why doesn’t my campaign receive any traffic (or receive very low volume)?

Campaign not receiving traffic

\
**Raise default bid** - In most cases the campaign is receiving sufficient amount of ad response, but the bid is too low to win traffic. In most cases raising the bid would solve this issue

1. **Malware / safe browsing breach** - All campaigns go through automated scans in order to detect any malware or red flags from Google. Any flagged tracking link would stop receiving traffic immediately after being flagged. In order to resolve this issue, you need to clean your links from your tracker, or you can check your link in one of the many popular anti-virus services.
2. **Balance ran out on the account -** If your campaigns ran up until a certain date or hour of day, make sure the account still has funds. If not, you can quickly recharge it via PayPal. More payment options will be added soon to the platform.
3. **Campaign reached its daily / total budget -** Once you place a cap on either daily or total budget for your campaign, take in mind that it might reach it's cap. Make sure to extend the budget to successful campaigns in order to avoid having the campaign stop.

<figure><img src="/files/M0xtbuYlSe9bAhZe5RDY" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

5\. **Setting under the Clicks / Views per day on "1"** - This is a common mistake. Setting up on "1" under total Clicks / Views Per Day would block your campaign from getting any traffic. Make sure to mark either a number that would open the campaign to traffic or leave it blank altogether.

<br>

<figure><img src="/files/EMJfl8i3vn9Bi205Y57w" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

6\. **Check the campaign settings** - Consult with our support about the right ad format to run your ads on, and traffic volumes for your targeting.

7\. **(If it's concerning a Push notification campaign) Check your campaign CTR% and overall performance** - Our system allocates traffic according to the overall performance of your creative, which consists with the bid you had put and the CTR of your creative.\
First - check the creative's CTR . A good CTR is anything above 1%.\
Given that the CTR is o.k, we suggest you to increase the default bid according to our recommended rate card.\
If your bid is as high as recommended in the rate card, try changing your image to be more appealing. For example, add a call to action button on the image, add colors and interesting text, etc.

# What are the available pricing models for each ad format?

Pricing models, Ad, Format

\
**Popunder - CPV (Cost per view) -** In order to translate that to CPM - just multiply times 1000$ to calculate CPM.\
\
**Push notification - CPC (Cost per click) -** You pay for each user who clicked on your push notification ad.

We collect our push notification subscribers from primarily direct sites which we work with.\
The fact that those are direct subscribers enables us to divide them into traffic groups which are called “Publisher feeds” in our system.\
Each publisher feed – has its characteristics that can influence the performance of your campaign. One publisher feed can work great with a certain campaign and not-so-good with others and vice versa.

**First step:**\
In order to optimize your push campaign correctly you should be looking at your campaign on a publisher feed level, meaning you should analyze the performance for each publisher feed.\
\
Once you got some initial data and conversions on your campaign, you should adjust the bids per each publisher feed so that the bids would reflect the performance you have received in each publisher feed.

A certain campaign may have a negative ROI. By looking at the stats on a publisher feed level, you can control the performance of the campaign more specifically. Sometimes adjusting the bid to only **one** publisher feed may affect the overall ROI of the campaign and make it positive.

Bid optimization per publisher feed can be used even if you have a positive ROI.\
let's assume you have a positive ROI of 120% in a campaign. One specific publisher feed might be bringing your total campaign ROI down, yet be accidentally overlooked because the overall stats of the campaign seem well.\
Adjusting the bid in that specific publisher feed will make the campaign more profitable leading to an ROI higher than 120%.

To understand how to adjust your bid per publisher feed please use this very helpful article: <https://bit.ly/33CNdhk>\
\
It's also worth mentioning, that by implementing our postback you can get the data aligned in the dashboard so its easier to measure the performance.

You can learn about postbacks here [https://bit.ly/3nq9yWM<br>](https://bit.ly/3nq9yWM)\
**Second step:**\
Another drill down in push campaign optimization is optimizing campaigns by subid's.\
Subid stands for a specific traffic source where the user was collected as a subscriber or where the pop was originated. As opposed to pop, push notifications are being sent to users even if they are out of the website where they originally subscribed at. As a result, the subid plays a smaller role on push vs pop.\
Our experience shows, that you should start cutting specific sub ids from your push campaign only after you are 100% sure that a specific sub id is under-performing in particular.\
You can easily cut sub id's using this article: <https://bit.ly/33gG8DE> .

**To sum up:**\
Each publisher feed performs differently depending on the content of your campaign, so you should always make sure to thoroughly test your offers on all feeds and refrain from coming with predestination opinions on the way push traffic behaves. There are gold nuggets everywhere, you just need to find them.\
Then, optimize smartly:

1. Make sure you have enough data to rely on statistically & Implement postbacks.
2. Optimize on a publisher feed level
3. Drill down to the sub id level.
4. Don’t forget other targeting attributes (GEO, Device, etc).

**Overview**

DTXplatform is a modern real-time bidding system that allows buyers to make purchases automatically when searching for advertising resources.

Its interface is implemented as per the IAB’s OpenRTB Specification Version 2.5 and uses JSON as its message format \[Content-Type: application/json; charset=UTF-8].

**Open RTB Version HTTP Header**

We support Open RTB 2.5 by default, but we can also support 2.4, 2.3, 2.0, and 1.0 versions for specific integrations.

Default header is \[x-openrtb-version: 2.5].

**Transport**

By default, all calls should return HTTP code 200 with body containing bid response in JSON format. For “no bid” response, the call should return HTTP code 204 with empty body.

We can also support other options for specific integrations, like HTTP code 200 with empty body, or with body containing “nobid” message.

**Data format**

By default, JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) supported for bid request and bid response data payloads. We can support other data format for specific integrations. Default header: Content-Type: application/JSON header.

**Accordance with IAB Specifications and Guidelines**
