# What is our refund policy?

An advertiser may terminate his agreement by deleting his account, subject to a prior written notice to the Publisher. In such case, Publisher shall refund Advertiser for unused funds minus an administrative fee of 15%, within 30 days.

In general we will refund funds that are unspent, we reserve the right to deny first depositors to protect ourselves against clients who may attempt to test our compliance guidelines.

Our refund policy is straight-forward, first deposits are non-refundable, 2nd and onward deposits are refundable upon user request.

Refunds will only be given on non-spent funds negative credits given.\
A minimal refund fee of $50 or 15% management fee (the higher) will be applied to any refund.\
Any bank fees for the refund will be paid by the client.\
DTXplatform may set balance to zero after a period of 1 year of non-activity by the client.\
\
Please allow up to 30 days to process your refund or until our next billing cycle.\
