# I forgot my login/password, what should I do?
You can restore your password by clicking on the "Forgot your password" button on the login page. To reset your password, you need to enter the email you used for registration on DTXplatform . If you don't remember the email address you used or your login name, contact your account manager to restore/change your login and password. You can also change your password on your profile page.
