Why isn't my payment approved?
If you’ve now deposited via PayPal, wire, credit card or Paxum, our financial team has been notified and will approve it within the next 10-20 minutes. Please allow up to 2 hours before you contact our team.
If you haven’t received feedback and can’t see your balance updated, before you contact our team, please check your inbox to check if you’ve received an identity verification form. For newly registered clients, our team may either randomly choose a transaction to validate or if your details are different on your payment solution than what you’ve provided on your account, your transaction may need to be validated.
Deposits which are not validated will be refunded within 1 week.
