# Why hasn't my deposit been approved?

**PayPal** - All PayPal deposits are approved manually over 5 times a day. If you have a deposit pending, feel free to contact our support, and they will help you approve the deposit within minutes.

**Wire** - International wires can take up to 5 days to arrive. Once the wire has been sent, contact a support representative and attach the Swift you received from your bank in order to help us monitor your deposit.\
Once the wire transfer is received, the funds will be added to your account and you will be notified.
